Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing PurrHeal. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.
This includes payment verification and preparing your items for shipment.

Delivery Timeline
US orders: After processing, orders arrive within 5-9 business days.
UK, Canada, Australia, and rest of world: Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.
Standard shipping rates apply to any additional or expedited options, calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
This allows you to monitor your package until it arrives safely.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or because it was unclaimed, we'll contact you to confirm your details.
Reshipping fees may apply in these cases.

Order Changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes to your shipping address or order details. Address changes must be made within 4 hours of order placement due to fast order processing.
If you need to make a change, email us at hello@purrheal.com as soon as possible.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Holiday and Peak Season Delays                                                                                      • During U.S. holidays or peak sales periods, shipping times may be longer than usual.    While carrier delays are outside our control, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you haven't received it:
Check your mailbox, porch, garage, or other safe drop-off spots.
Ask family members or neighbors if they accepted it on your behalf.
Contact your local post office or carrier for GPS delivery confirmation.

If the package is still missing, contact us at hello@purrheal.com within 5 business days of the delivery date so we can assist.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost or delayed, please reach out to us at hello@purrheal.com. While we are not responsible for courier delays, we'll help investigate and provide a solution where appropriate.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 45 days of delivery, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
